Plastene India Ltd. has now introduced in its completely integrated Plant at Gujarat the manufacturing of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers or FIBC's / Big Bags / Jumbo Bags.

The manufacture of PP tape and weaving fabric ensures a high commitment to producing quality products. The natural manifestation into FIBC was done after full research about the ranges, product specifications and extensive interaction with certifying laboratories like NEL, UK and Labordata, Germany.

Total Integration

Tape lines based on Windmoller and Hoelscher Technology, Looms Based on Starlinger technology and Sewing machines from Newlong ensure a high performance level at our totally integrated factory, which includes the manufacture of webbing and sewing threads also. We offer you an end to end service. A clean environment , skilled workmen and consistent attention to detail ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.

Totally Recyclable

All made from Recyclable PP right down to the sewing thread and the webbing as well.

Rigorous Testing

The high commitment to quality that we placed on our PP bags has extended on to the manufacture of FIBC's as well. ISO 9002 certification ensures well-documented quality control systems. A round the clock laboratory makes sure that no part of the process is left unattended at any time. An in-house UV testing machine ensures that no FIBC is made which does not conform to standards.

We currently offer FIBC's from our range of circular looms in "U" panel format. We are proud to say that we have been pioneers in innovative forms of packing in conventional bags and the excellent technical team at our disposal can help resolve any innovative questions that you may have. Whether it is bags with coating, or with liners or dust proofing or developing new designs for bag closures and tops we can do it all. Custom manufacturing is our forte and small lots are our specialties.
