The company is situated in Kandla Special Economic Zone, Gandhidham, and Gujarat. It is engaged in the manufacturing and export of Castor Oil derived from crushing castor seeds and thereafter refining the same at their present plant. It is a Government-recognized Export House. The promoters have a long experience of trading and export of agricultural products. India being a major exporter of Castor Oil, the company has been engaged in exporting BSS Grade (First Special Grade) & Commercial Grade Castor Oil to countries like Netherlands, France, USA, UK, Italy, China and Russia.

- Best Export award for 1992-93, by the Federation Of Indian Industries Association EPZ’s given by Dr. Manmohan Singh, Hon. Union Minister of Finance
- Chemexcil's first award for the year 1995-96, by Shri Ramkrishna Hegde, Hon. Union Minister of Commerce.
- Export Award in Year 1999-2000 by the Federation of Indian Export Organization and Chemexcil (Basic Chemicals)
- Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics export promotion Council Award by - Shri Omar Abdullah, Hon. Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry.
The company has been expanding day by day and achieved turnover of Rs. 83.73 Crore for the year ending 31.03.07 with committed work force.
